The service
Brightsup is operated by Paazaa Inc. and provides beauty videos, creator tools and community features. These terms describe expectations for using the service. Commerce and purchasing are not part of the current launch.

Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Contact [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

Content you share
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading or posting it, you authorize Brightsup to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you use, including video playback. Share only material you have the right to use, and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property.

Community expectations
Do not harass, impersonate, threaten or exploit others; publish unlawful content; distribute malware; or attempt to defeat account protections. Do not present misleading product or health claims. Beauty content is general information and does not replace professional advice.

Safety and access
We may review reports and restrict content or account access to protect the service and its users. Use in-app reporting and support to raise a concern or ask about a restriction. Features may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages.

Privacy and account requests
Our Privacy Policy describes how the service uses account and activity information. You can manage available account controls in settings and contact support for account data or deletion requests.
