Who we are
Brightsup is operated by Paazaa Inc. This policy describes information used by our beauty video and community service. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions.

Information we use
We store account identifiers, your name, email, profile, preferences and account security records. We also store content you upload or post, comments, messages, follows, likes, saves, notifications and watch history. Service providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser requests and delivery records to operate and protect the service.

Google sign-in
Google sign-in provides your Google account identifier, name and verified email to authenticate you and connect your Brightsup account. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files or your contacts. Brightsup does not receive your Google password. Connecting Google to an existing password account requires explicit account linking.

How information is used
We use information to maintain your account, deliver videos and community features, remember your choices, provide support, investigate reports and protect accounts. Account emails include verification, recovery and security notices.

Visibility and providers
Published content and profile information may be visible to other members according to the service's visibility rules. Messages are limited to authorized participants, with authorized support or safety access where needed. DigitalOcean hosts our application and database; Cloudflare provides DNS, security and R2 storage; SMTP2GO delivers account emails; Google provides optional sign-in. These providers process the information required for their services.

Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies support sign-in and protect authentication requests. Short-lived API access tokens stay in browser memory. The browser may retain interface preferences and message drafts. Clearing browser storage can remove local drafts and sign-in information.

Retention and your choices
We retain information needed to operate the service, maintain security and respond to support requests. Removing a post or comment can leave a limited record of its removal; backup copies and security records may remain. Account privacy controls allow you to manage discoverability, notifications and watch history. Requests for account data or deletion are handled through account support; they are not an immediate automatic erasure of every record.
